1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to owner@awwadone.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

2. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

2.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to owner@awwadone.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

2.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
2.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
2.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

1. in the event that the product has been used.
2. in the event that the product is not in the same conditiona as recieved (in original Packaging).
3. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

Please note that if you decide that you don't want the item for reasons such as don't like color, material, design or didn't fit size of bed,
we will accept the return but will only refund the price of the item minus a 10% and no shipping fees.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
